Since inception, we have pushed the boundaries of lighting wherever possible, unlike a lot of manufacturers, we create fittings from the ground up, this is from initial design, to chip/lens choices, to driver selection. Each product goes through a solid brainstorm to see where it can be improved, and how we can make it that little bit better. This also gives us the ability to customize and deliver project specific lighting in incredibly short timelines.
All fittings are tested, thoroughly. Australia has some of the toughest standards when it comes to thermals and heat. Think about it, our ceilings cavities in summer are 50c or more. We stress test all our fittings, and ensure they pass the most stringent IC tests. We don't take shortcuts or bluff figures - if it doesn't pass, we change something and try again, if it still doesn't pass, we manufacturer new parts until it does, or we scrap the design completely, this process can take over a year per fitting.
We have over 10 factories that make our products, including some Australian made components. As our fittings are our own designs or inventions, we are constantly drawing, testing, and designing new products and we are always at the peak of technology, be that efficacy, CRI, Distribution of light, or packaging.

We put two manufacturers together to create the first completely recyclable Reel/Bag solution for our LED Strips

In an effort to get rid of single use install instructions inside our recyclable cardboard packaging, we have now have an easier method rolling out across our products.

Industry standard is 90c - but why stop there? - We created our own Teflon coated units that handle 110c just to give us that little bit of extra security when things get hot.

Nearly every one of our strip/flex products has its own unique PCB - with specific thicknesses, and also clever details, like the colour temperature, in case you need to change a piece or go back and get more.

We came up with a solution for our Neon Products also, trying to do our bit to reduce plastic waste.

If we are not happy with a standard solution, we will endeavour to come up with our own version, including tooling costs and 3D Costs.
